Role summary
The Ledger review Officer is in charge of making sure that the organization’s finance records are precise by routinely comparing and adjusting the internal records with external suppliers which includes financial statements, vendor accounts, and client balances.
Obligations & Duties
- Resolve financial statements with internal finance records routinely.
- Explore and settle discrepancies in finance records.
- Organize periodic balance check documentation and show them for executive review.
- Track and confirm the precision of outstanding bills and receivable records.
- Help in end of month and end of year financial closing methods.
- Work alongside other departments to guarantee precise finance reporting.
Expertise & Expertise:
- 1 - 2 years applicable of demonstrated expertise
- A member of a professional body (e.g., CPA, ACCA) will be an added advantage.
- Competence in financial system (Tally) and Ms office tools.
