Job Description

Deliver session needs evaluations across the group.
Collaborate with line managers and participants to recognize ability differences and development key focuses.
Formulate and preserve the yearly development calendar.
Design and supply compelling capacity-building plans, workshops, and e-learning modules.
Acquire and coordinate with external trainers, vendors, and institutions where necessary.
Organize logistics for development sessions (venue, materials, information exchange, presence).
Guarantee adherence with organizational guidelines and compliance obligations for career advancement.

Bsc in HR, Business Management, Education, or relevant field.
A member of a professional body in Learning & Development/Human resources (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, etc.) is a plus.
At least 5 years related experience in Learning & Development.
Expertise with digital learning channels and development technical solutions is preferred.
Robust facilitation and public speaking.
Clear articulation and people skills.
Capability to evaluate learning needs and design suitable programs.
