We assist to improve visitor experiences while pushing operations excellency and profit margin for our customers. We are looking for a highly proficient and skilled Business Project/Development Officer to join our agile team.

Position Overview

The Business Project / Development Officer will supervise and oversee strategic projects that lead business development, process effectiveness, and profit margin within our hospitality advising and management business. This position requires a strong insight of the service sector, robust project coordination capabilities, and the capability to work alongside productively with cross-operational teams and participants.

Participant Relation:

Act as the primary point of reach out for customers, participants, and team members throughout the program duration. Coordinate consistent information exchange and status updates to keep all parties informed of project status and any possibility concerns.

Strategic Organizing:

Work alongside top level management to recognize strategic programs and avenue for development inside the hospitality sector. Carry out market evaluation and analysis to guide project direction and ensure attractiveness.

Operations excellency:

Evaluate current methods and endorse enhancements to improve effectiveness and performance in project implementation. Execute industry standards in project coordination and guarantee adherence with industry guidelines.

Team lead:

Train and mentor entry-level project officers and team members, nurturing an environment that fosters partnership, creative invention, and responsibility. Coordinate development sessions or workshops to enhance team competencies and expertise in project coordination procedures.

Financial plan Management:

Formulate and oversee financial plans, making sure all projects are fulfilled within financial restrictions. Organize and show financial statements to top level management, highlighting project effectiveness and zones for advancement.

QA:

Make sure that all project outputs meet the highest guidelines excellent quality and match with customer qualifications. Carry out post-project reviews to recognize successes and zones for future improvement.

Credentials

• Bsc in Business Management, Hospitality Management, or a relevant field. MSC preferred.
• At least 5-7 years of project coordination expertise inside the hospitality or associated industries.
• Established history in coordinating sophisticated projects with various participants.
• Solid understanding of hospitality processes, practices, and industry standards.
• Qualifications in project coordination (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) considered advantageous.
• Outstanding executive guidance, information exchange, and people skills.
• Robust logical and issue resolution abilities.
• Skilled in project coordination software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and Ms office tools.
