Position Overview

The Nursing officer will offer premium quality patient care by evaluating health needs, managing treatments, supervising patient advancement, and assisting recovery. The position includes operating closely with doctors, other healthcare experts, and families to guarantee the best results for patients while conforming to medical and professional conduct.

Primary duties

• Evaluate, strategize execute, and assess patient care based on individual needs.
• Manage medications and treatments safely and precisely.
• Track and document patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and medical records.
• Help doctors during examinations, treatments, and medical standardized processes.
• Offer health education and encouragement to patients and their families.
• Ensure proper use, servicing & maintenance, and cleanliness of medical tools.
• Preserve precise patient records and recordkeeping in adherence with hospital rules.
• Follow infection regulate procedures, health and safety protocols, and healthcare rules.
• Take action promptly to medical crises and offer first assist or life assist where necessary.
• Work alongside the healthcare team to formulate and execute patient care strategies.

Credentials & Qualifications

• Registered Nursing officer (RN) with a valid practicing permit.
• Bsc or Certification in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated expertise in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility.
• Expertise in nursing procedures, standardized processes, and health & safety guidelines.
• Clear expression, interpersonal, and patient-care competencies.
• Capability to operate under pressure, manage crises, and adjust to changes.
• Computer literacy (for electronic health records) is a plus.
