Business Development Officer at Money in Minutes (MIM) Finance Company Limited in Lagos

Position Overview

As a Business Development / Sales Delegate, you will be at the forefront of expanding WageX’s footprint by building robust strategic collaborations with entities across Nigeria. You will engage directly with Human resources Managers, Finance Directors, CEOs, and other decision-makers to show the perks of WageX and promote usage within their staff.

Primary duties

• Recognize and target prospective collaborator entities across key industries.
• Engage and foster connections with decision-makers at corporate levels.
• Show and clarify the WageX initiative, highlighting business and employee perks.
• Bargain and close collaboration agreements.
• Work alongside internal teams (Product, Client assistance, Promotion) to guarantee smooth orientation of associates.
• Track, documentation, and evaluate sales effectiveness, offering findings on industry trends and avenues.

Competencies & Qualifications

• Bsc in Business, Promotion, Finance, or a relevant field preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in B2B sales or business development (expertise in financial solutions, Human resources initiatives, or employee perks is a plus).
• Clear articulation, visual communication, and bargaining ability.
• Robust capability to recognize and engage key decision-makers.
• Self-driven, results-focused, and flexible to a dynamic environment.
