Position Overview

A Hotel Human resources Manager ensures the right people are employed, prepared, inspired, and retained to supply outstanding hospitality solutions while preserving a conforming, safe, and positive office.

Development & Development:

• Coordinates employees development on hospitality guidelines, client support, and safety.
• Executes professional development programs.
• Ensures uninterrupted learning and upskilling for employees.

Workplace engagement:

• Serves as a link between management and employees.
• Deals with employee employee concerns, service issues, and clashes.
• Boosts collaboration, inspiration, and a positive office culture.
• Ensures adherence with work legal provisions and hotel rules.

Results tracking:

• Executes staff productivity appraisals.
• Sets KPIs (Key Effectiveness Indicators) for employees.
• Recognizes and benefits outstanding effectiveness.
• Recognizes underperformance and delivers mentoring or corrective measures.

Health, Safety & Well-being:

• Executes office safety guidelines.
• Manages health and employee well-being initiatives.
• Ensures safe operating terms for all employees.
