- The preferred candidate must be a devoted and skilled Dialysis/Nephrology Nursing officer to join their healthcare team.

- You will collaborate with nephrologists and other healthcare experts to guarantee the best possible results for our patients.
Primary duties
- Carry out complete pre-, intra-, and post-dialysis evaluations to track patient requirement and treatment performance
- Set up, operate, track, and diagnose issues dialysis machines in adherence with manufacturer requirements and hospital procedures
- Ensure proper calibration, disinfection, and servicing & maintenance of dialysis tools prior to each session
- Closely track patients during dialysis, responding quickly to complications, vital sign modifications, or machine alarms
- Manage prescribed dialysis treatments and medications, making sure precise dosing and compliance to clinical orders
- Preserve rigid infection regulate procedures and ensure adherence to patient safety procedures at all times
- Teach patients and families on kidney disease management, post-treatment care, and dietary/lifestyle modifications
- Keep thorough and precise recordkeeping of patient terms, treatment strategies, machine effectiveness, and results
- Work jointly with nephrologists and interdisciplinary care teams to organize and enhance patient care
- When no dialysis patients are planned, execute general nursing obligations as needed to assist entire unit processes and patient care
Credentials & Qualifications
- Registered Nursing officer with ongoing Nephrology permit to practice
- At least 3 - 4 years of expertise in dialysis or nephrology nursing
- Practical experience with operating and preserving dialysis machines (e.g., Gambro)
- Accreditation in Basic Life Assist (BLS) or Improved Cardiac Life Assist (ACLS) is a plus
- Robust interpersonal and verbal abilities
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Capability to operate productively in a dynamic clinical environment.
