About the Position

We are looking for a inspired Retail assistant to lead customer purchase and income increase inside the financial technology sector. The preferred candidate is results-focused, resilient, and skilled in financial solutions or payments, with the capability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Primary duties

• Recognize, potential opportunity, and onboard new B2B customers inside the allocated territory.
• Advance and sell financial technology/payment initiatives to businesses, making sure adoption and usage.
• Build and preserve robust customer connections to lead repeat business.
• Repeatedly meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Offer market findings and customer response to the business.
• Precisely track sales initiatives, directs, and avenues using CRM resources.
• Commute extensively inside the territory to grow market presence.

Credentials & Expertise

• Applicants should have an  Higher national diploma or a Bachelor's degree Academic qualification.
• 1 – 3 years’ expertise in B2B sales, site sales, financial solutions, or associated positions (expertise in payments or banking will be an added advantage).
• Deep knowledge of cross-border payments and transaction methods.
• Proven hunter mentality — self-driven, persistent, and outcomes-oriented.
• Outstanding interpersonal, information exchange, persuasion, and bargaining ability.
• Capability to deliver productively under pressure and supply measurable results.
• Skilled with online platforms, CRMs, and head-tracking software.
• Cozy operating independently in a fee-driven environment.
• Readiness to commute extensively within sales territory.
