Position Overview

The Head, Human resource management will be in charge of pushing staff planning, hiring process, development, results tracking, and professional development programs across the company. This position requires a strategic Human resources leader with comprehensive expertise in human resource management within a global production operations environment.

Primary duties

• Strategy and projection staff qualifications in alignment with the company’s plan and targets, making sure frequent updates.
• Preserve an precise DB of manning and grade levels across the organization; proactively recognize and modify any deviations from authorized systems.
• Oversee the full hiring process cycle (opening recognition, marketing, applicant screening, running test, interviewing, and selection), making sure alignment with the authorized staff strategy.
• Work alongside unit-specific heads to carry out complete development needs evaluations and formulate yearly development strategies.
• Lead the execution of professional growth programs to handle employee competencies and ability differences.
• Supervise the company-wide results tracking system, making sure efficient reviews and response mechanisms.
• Recognize and execute professional development interventions in partnership with unit-specific key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• First Academic qualification or equivalent in Community-related Sciences, Business Management, or a associated discipline.
• MSC in applicable Community-related/Management Sciences or associated fields is a plus.
• At least 12 years applicable professional background, which includes a minimum of 4 years in a mid-leadership position within a global production operations organisation.
• Applicable a member of a professional body in Human resources Management (e.g., Chartered Institute of Staff administration – CIPM, Top level Specialist in Human resources – SPHR) is essential.
