Position Overview
The Quality assurance Officer is in charge of making sure that all pharmaceutical goods are manufactured in adherence with cGMP (ongoing Good Production operations Procedures), compliance obligations, and internal quality benchmarks. This position includes analyzing methods, standardized processes, and recordkeeping to preserve the highest levels of product standard and safety.
Primary duties
- Guarantee alignment to GMP, SOPs, and compliance guidelines across all generation initiatives.
- Evaluate and authorize batch production operations and wrapping records.
- Carry out line clearance checks before the begin of generation and wrapping.
- Engage in internal audits, self-inspections, and external compliance-related inspections.
- Explore and documentation deviations, incidents, and non-conformances.
- Organize adjustment regulates, CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and product service issues.
- Track and ensure execution of ecological supervising and calibration programs.
- Engage in supplier/vendor certification and audits.
- Evaluate confirmation procedures and documentation (process, cleaning, tools, etc.).
- Ensure the execution and development of GMP and quality operational structures.
- Preserve Quality assurance recordkeeping and oversee record regulate methods.
- Assist ongoing development programs inside the standards oversight system.
Credentials and Expertise
- B.Pharm, Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or relevant field.
- 2 - 5 years of expertise in Quality assurance positions within a pharmaceutical production operations environment.
- Good expertise in GMP, GDP, GLP, and compliance obligations (e.g., NAFDAC,PCN
- Understanding with quality operational structures (ISO, QMS, etc.).
Essential skills:
- Meticulousness and logical thinking.
- Robust recordkeeping and verbal abilities.
- Capability to operate independently and in a collaborative environment.
- Competence in Office productivity software and basic Quality assurance applications.
- Issue resolution and strategic judgment abilities.
