Position Overview

As an Employee Relation Expert at PalmPay Limited, you will play a vital position in fostering a positive and compelling organizational culture for our large staff. You will team up with Human resources, management, and various departments to formulate and execute programs that advance staff fulfillment, productivity, and retention.

Duties

• Design and implement complete employee relation programs that match with the organization's values, targets, and culture.
• Formulate plans to improve employee morale, inspiration, and entire work fulfillment.
• Carry out consistent surveys and evaluations to collect input from employees and measure relation levels.
• Interpret data and findings to recognize practices, zones for advancement, and avenues to strengthen employee relation programs.
• Arrange and organize various events, workshops, and initiatives to promote team building, camaraderie, and a sense of group.
• Work alongside internal participants to identify and celebrate employee accomplishments, achievements, and payments.
• Offer assistance and direction to managers and team key stakeholders on industry standards for nurturing a positive work environment and supporting employee relation within their teams.
• Serve as a communication link between employees and management, promoting for the needs and interests of our staff.
• Stay current on market trends and industry standards in employee relation, combining creative creative thoughts into our plans and programs.
• Track and track the performance of employee relation programs, modifying plans as needed to lead ongoing development.

Credentials

• Bsc in HR, Psychology, Business Management, or a relevant field.
• Proven 3 years’ expertise in employee relation, HR, or a relevant position, ideally in a large corporate environment or financial technology industry.
• Deep knowledge of employee relation principles, structured approaches, and industry standards.
• Clear articulation and people skills, with the capability to establish trust and shape participants at all levels of the company.
• Logical mentality with the capability to analyze data, draw findings, and make analytics-based strategic guidance.
• Innovative thinker with the capability to formulate creative and compelling employee programs and programs.
