• Oversee stock of truck parts, consumables, and spares across various depots or terminals.
• Ensure precise inventory records, prompt replenishment, and at least inventory-outs.
• Organize with servicing & maintenance/workshop teams to meet fleet servicing needs.
• Supervise inward and outward movement of goods, resources, tyres and critical assets.
• Execute stock regulate operational structures (e.g., Enterprise platform planning, barcode tracking, bin card system).
• Lead cost optimization and reduce wastage/pilferage.
• Oversee vendor connections and assist procurement on inventory predicting.
• Ensure adherence to adherence with safety, quality, and audit guidelines.

Qualifications

• Education: Academic qualification or Higher national diploma in Logistics, Stock Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, or associated
• Expertise: At least 5–7 years coordinating stores/warehouses in a fleet, transport, haulage, or building environment.
• Specialized abilities:
• Practical with stock operational structures (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or transport-specific ERPs).
• Deep knowledge of truck parts, tyres, and service parts.
• Understanding with preventive servicing & maintenance plans and parts organizing.

Interpersonal abilities:

• Effective guidance and supervisory competencies.
• Logical and meticulous.
• Capability to operate under pressure in efficient-moving logistics processes.

Qualifications (preferred):

CIPS, warehouse management accreditation, or stock chain/logistics development.
