Job Description

Carry out consistent inspections of the warehouse to recognize fire risks, possibility risks, and adherence with fire safety compliance guidelines.
Examine fire safety tools, which includes fire extinguishers, fire alarms, sprinkler operational structures, and crisis exits, to guarantee they are in operating order and well-preserved.
Execute and ensure adherence to fire prevention plans and industry standards among warehouse employees.
Carry out fire safety development sessions for employees, teaching them about fire risks, evacuation standardized processes, and proper use of fire safety tools.
Formulate and practice crisis-management strategies, which includes fire evacuation standardized processes, assembly points, and information exchange procedures.
Carry out fire drills at consistent periods to evaluate crisis preparedness
System issue Management and synchronization of employee evacuation.
Use fire extinguishing tools when suitable, and escalation and information exchange with crisis solutions.
Status updates and Recordkeeping of fire safety inspections, fire drills and any fire-associated incidents.
Organize documentation on findings and endorse corrective actions to handle recognized safety deficiencies.
Partnership possessing applicable participants to handle fire safety matters and execute enhancements.
Organize with external service vendors for consistent servicing & maintenance and running test of fire safety tools.
