About the Position

We are recruiting a meticulous Program officer - ISP / Telecom to connect between technical teams and final users, making sure smooth implementation of system setups and projects. This position requires clear expression, recordkeeping, and synchronization competencies.

Primary duties

• Serve as the communication link between final users and the technical team.
• Bargain project-associated agreements and agreements.
• Record project financial record, materials, and system setups.
• Arrange and check in on customer requests and guarantee promptness dispatch.
• Produce and oversee project documentation using Excel and other resources.
• Perform in high-stress situations to meet delivery schedules.
• Work alongside cross-departmentally to settle hurdles quickly.

Qualifications

• Applicants should have a Bsc.
• At least 2 years’ expertise in a similar position.
• Robust bargain and partnership competencies.
