Projects Officer at a Non-profit Organization - Resource Intermediaries Limited (RIL) in Ikole, Ekiti

Position Overview

• The successful applicant will engage in program plan design, development and implementation in engagement to all thematic concentrates of the company, make sure that projects and program of the company are done in accordance with the established work strategize timeline, content, and anticipated outcomes and ensure outputs are fulfilled before due dates on every project.
• The preferred candidate requires some basic expertise around non-profit programming.
• Applicants with First, higher Degrees or field expertise in Community health, Community-related Sciences, Humanities, or Agricultural Extension with project coordination and executive guidance expertise are inspired to submit application.
• The capability to use a computer effortlessly and use the internet properly are a key regard for this position.
• It is significant that the applicant is a self-starter and requires minimal oversight

Duties

• Productively assist the management of the company’s projects in Ekiti State.
• Arrange and track the company’s projects and initiatives in the state and ensure outputs and targets are fulfilled.
• Communication link between the company, project beneficiaries, government delegates and group participants.
• Perform periodic visits to the project sites inside the state.
• Assist and advise on efficient ways of compelling government parastatals and project beneficiaries inside the state.
• Send in prompt documentation and other necessary recordkeeping.
• Head demonstrations and initiatives around teaching rules and reproductive health and rights with project beneficiaries, which includes for the company’s projects.
• In charge of directing projects in advancement and making sure that all concerns connected with the projects are clarified and finished to avoid confusion and interruption during the implementation of projects.
• Assess the nature and requirement of projects and make useful suggestions on the industry standards and plans to submit application in project implementation.
• Carry out basic project supervising initiatives.

Qualifications

Certification: Higher national diploma / Bsc in applicable disciplines. Expertise: 3 - 5 years.
