Job Description

Duties

  • Head the design and implementation of program and initiatives, especially on the SRHR desk of the company, as accepted upon by the executive team;
  • Ensure SRHR projects and program of the company are done following the established work strategize timeline, content, and anticipated outcomes;
  • Assist field data collection and study, M&E and status updates of project initiatives;
  • Assist in asset mobilisation through proposal drafting, idea note designs and other organisational capital raising initiatives;
  • Assist and formulate technical and programmatic documentation, regulatory framework summaries, fact sheets, idea notes, proposals and other payments for publication or entries;
  • Assist expertise management, skills development, and content generation for external use in the form of IEC/BCC materials;
  • Oversee HR and direct initiatives under the SRHR Desk;
  • Assist requirement production initiatives for specific sexual and reproductive health and rights solutions among adolescents and young people in Nigeria.
  • Assist other programmatic desks as necessary inside the company.

Qualifications

  • A First Academic qualification, ideally in Health or Community-related Sciences. A MSC in a applicable field is an edge.
  • At least two years applicable professional background offering program assist/execution on sexual and reproductive health-associated program with a non-governmental company or community-related enterprise;
  • Demonstrable system knowledge of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights concerns at the national, regional and international stage;
  • Specialist drafting and spoken communication competencies for documentation, letters, idea notes and proposals drafting coupled with session dispatch is a priority;
  • Capability to operate comfortably with key Microsoft suites and Google goods;
  • Show meticulousness, capability to follow standardized processes, deliver on time and collaborate with minimal oversight while partnering with the team;
  • Fluency in the Yoruba language is essential for this position because of the local circumstance of tasks
  • Disposed to travelling within and outside Ibadan at short notice
  • The preferred applicant for this position is a female, not more than 30 years.
