Chief of Hospitality at Bature Brewery in Lagos

Position Overview

We are seeking to employ an skilled Chief of Hospitality to supervise our taproom processes and ensure exceptional visitor expertise. The successful applicant will offer full-time executive guidance, oversee daily processes, and promote service improvement while uplifting and inspiring a top-performing team.

Primary duties

• Service & Processes: Supervise routine taproom initiatives, making sure regular service guidelines, quality F&B offerings, and efficient visitor response management.
• Team lead: Head, train, and educate the hospitality team; supervise hiring process, orientation, and effectiveness guidelines.
• Client Relation: Be the face of the taproom during peak hours, build solid connections with guests and VIPs, and advance events through direct and digital channels.
• Events & Campaigns: Authorize and oversee event calendars, making sure corporate identity alignment, ROI, and smooth implementation.
• Finance Management: Collaborate with the Finance team to attain sales margin, and cost regulates; organize every month documentation and recognize effectiveness avenues.
• Operations excellency: Preserve high guidelines in stock regulate, hygiene, safety, and adherence through consistent audits and checks.
• Tech Adoption: Lead efficient use of POS, stock and Enterprise platform planning operational structures through development, supervising, and status updates.
• Culture & Corporate identity Guidelines: Supply international service guidelines adjusted to local market needs, nurturing a positive collaborative environment.
• Strategic Assist: Support to corporate appointments, sponsorship avenues, supplier relations, and long-term taproom plan.

Qualifications

• 6 – 10 years of demonstrated expertise in hotel management management, F&B, customer experience, with a minimum of three years of expertise in a supervisory role
• Effective guidance, development, mentoring, and team leadership abilities.
• Outstanding sales and bargaining ability, information exchange and client support competencies.
• Deep knowledge of Workplace safety and wellness, adherence, and finance Management.
• Adaptive schedule to operate evenings and weekends, especially during peak periods.
• Expertise with online platforms (POS, stock operational structures, Enterprise platform planning operational structures which includes Odoo) is a plus.
