Job Description

Authorize incoming materials by verifying requirements, carrying out a graphics and measurement test, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
Collaborate with the Factory operation manager to recognize approaches and methods to enhance entire quality.
Teach workers on the necessary guidelines.
Note and documentation on work that does not meet qualifications.
Analyze and evaluate shop drawings.
Examine finished work and/or work in advancement to decide whether the work meets requirements and strategy qualifications.
Track entire building effectiveness with regard to technical quality and adherence with design and specification qualifications.
Authorize all finished goods by verifying requirements and carrying out necessary tests.
Return goods for rework if needed and finalize recordkeeping to verify rework.
Record and modify assessment outcomes by executing documentation and data records.
Preserve safe work environment in accordance with guidelines and standardized processes and adhering with lawful rules.
Study the codes and necessary projects requirements.
Project setup of running test, certification and accreditation methods for welding as per project requirements.
Track and make sure that welding is carried out in the right requirement.
Offering of precise data of the welding assessment parameters.
Project setup of applicable documentation on welding initiatives
Help to organize process work order sheets as per project requirements.

Have a applicable Academic qualification in Engineering/Building& Building/ Architecture/Tech.
At least 3 years' work expertise in the same capacity.
Other additional credentials would be beneficial
Should possess basic expertise in ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018.
