Turnaround Implementation Organizer at Scruples Resource Limited in Lagos

Role summary

Offer direction to insure implementation of position scope is done in a safe, environmentally sound and economical manner to assist the long term reliability of the refinery.

Duties

• Work alongside Processes Turnaround Organizer to confirm value added, thorough position scopes. Ensure strategies integrate all learnings and archived strategies from previous turnarounds.
• Utilize position scopes, subject matter professionals, technical literature, tools drawings, site visits, position safety helps, safety guidelines, etc. to formulate thorough, safe, productive position strategies.
• Organize position bundles per a defined, thorough operating discipline utilizing SAP to sequence the roles and order the materials.
• Finalize a thorough organizing accreditation process, and as expertise allows train other planners.
• Work alongside the planner, project teams when applicable, Processes Turnaround Organizer, and other relevant SMEs to formulate a value producing combined timetable.
• Work alongside the planner and cost supervisor to formulate a value producing work asset strategy.
• Procure work, handled solutions, and materials per defined work and material selection methods.
• Set up performance threshold accord sessions with service vendors and execute pre walk through exercises / dress rehearsals.
• Direct work activity in pre-work, implementation, and post-work. Lead safety and productivity effectiveness, remove obstacles as needed, modify plans, and authorize work charges.

Qualifications

• Bsc preferred with a minimum of 3 years of expertise in the petroleum sector industry.
• Expertise in a chemical or refining production operations facility.
• Expertise in and comprehension of the flow of servicing & maintenance work in various crafts.
• Competence in Microsoft applications, which includes Word and Excel, and possess the capability to learn new operational structures quickly.
• Capability to operate adaptable plans which includes weekends and nights as needed.
• Outstanding verbal / professional writing competencies.
• A self-starter who can recognize, prioritize, and achieve.
• Capability to work alongside, bargain, and coordinate decision – making in high stress turnaround environment
• Possess robust handling multiple responsibilities, issue resolution and schedule control competencies.
• Exhibited management abilities - motivate peers and head them through shape.
• Preferred Credentials:
• Servicing & maintenance craft expertise or exposure to servicing & maintenance work in a refining or petrochemical environment.
• Expertise in organizing roles in SAP.
