Overview

• We are looking for a strategic and creative Feature lead to head the development and management of property goods and solutions.
• This position includes monitoring the full product lifecycle, from market analysis and product design to initiate, promotion, and performance check.
• The Feature lead will work alongside cross-operational teams to supply service-oriented initiatives that boost expansion and strengthen our role in the housing market.

Market & Rival Analysis:

Track housing market practices, rival pricing, and product capabilities. Generate every quarter industry findings documentation with implementable strategic guidance.

Team Partnership:

Collaborate with business promotion & sales team to guarantee marketing reflect precise and captivating product information. Collect input from sales teams to enhance product offerings.

Credentials & Qualifications

• Bsc in Business Management, Property management, Promotion, or associated fields
• At least 3 - 5 years of expertise in product management, business development, or project
• management (property market preferred).
• Robust critical thinking with the capability to analyze market data.
• Clear articulation and synchronization abilities.
• Established history of successfully initiating and coordinating top-performing goods.
