About the position

As an Associate Feature lead at Moniepoint, you will play a key role in coordinating the Nimble development process and making sure efficient partnership between cross-operational teams to supply premium quality payment processing initiatives. You will be in charge of leading teams in embracing and practising Nimble structured approaches, removing impediments, and nurturing an environment that fosters ongoing development.

You'll Be In charge of

• Coordinating each project’s scope and timeline
• Coordinate all Scrum events, which includes sprint organizing, routine stand-ups, sprint assessments, and sprint retrospectives.
• Collaborate with the product owner to prioritize and enhance the product task pipeline, making sure that user narratives are well-defined, estimated, and prepared for development.
• Remove impediments and roadblocks that hinder the advancement of the Scrum teams, nurturing a cooperative and issue resolution environment.
• Oversee staff indicators and key effectiveness indicators to track advancement, recognize bottlenecks, and lead ongoing development.
• Mentor team members in Nimble frameworks
• Coordinate internal information exchange and efficient partnership
• Assist teams execute modifications productively
• Advance an environment that fosters transparency, trust, and open dialog within and cross-departmentally.
• Stay current with market trends and progress updates in Nimble and Scrum structured approaches, and support to the uninterrupted evolution of Nimble procedures at Moniepoint.
