Management Delegate at Quantum Packaging Nigeria Limited in Agbara, Ogun

Position Overview

We are looking for an skilled Management Delegate (MR) to supervise, execute and constantly enhance our management operational structures in adherence with international guidelines. The preferred candidate will possess a solid experience in the production operations sector, with proven competence in standards oversight operational structures (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or applicable guidelines), legal adherence and internal/external audits.

Primary duties

• Act as the primary communication link for external accreditation bodies, auditors and compliance-related governing bodies.
• Ensure efficient execution, servicing & maintenance and repetitive advancement of the Standards oversight System (QMS) and other applicable management operational structures.
• Head and organize internal audits, management assessments and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Check adherence with ISO, client and statutory qualifications.
• Formulate and supply capacity-building plans to build quality and adherence consciousness across all operational units.
• Collaborate with cross-operational teams to guarantee process effectiveness, defect reduction and client fulfillment.
• Organize, evaluate and preserve all recordkeeping necessary for qualifications and audits.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Industrial Management, or a relevant field requiring at least 4 years as a Management Delegate or in a similar quality/adherence position inside the production operations sector.
• Specialist certification is a plus.
• Solid understanding of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, or other relevant guidelines
• Practical experience in audit management, adherence and recordkeeping regulate.
• Clear articulation, executive guidance and analytical abilities.
• Competence in MS Workspace and QMS applications is a plus.
