Role summary

Our customer is looking for to hirea visionary and outcomes-driven Female Chief of Consultative to head and expand their consultative practice. This is a executive team position preferred for someone committed to shaping influential financial record and building a top-performing consultative team.

Primary duties

• Head the design and implementation of financial consultative mandates which includes capital lifting, M&A, business cost assessments and reorganization.
• Oversee customer connections, making sure premium quality service dispatch and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise the origination and arranging of agreements, operating closely with investors and business owners.
• Build and train a team of analysts and colleagues, nurturing an environment that fosters superiority and creative invention.
• Lead business development endeavors and support to the firm’s growth plan.
• Stand for the firm at key sessions, industry events, and talks as necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Banking and finance or a relevant field
• At least 10 years’ related experience in financial funding banking, financial consultative, or business finance.
• CFA, ACA, Master of business administration or applicable postgraduate academic qualification is a plus.
• Robust track document of top and closing sophisticated financial financial record.
• Improved expertise in financial forecasting, cost assessments, financial funding memos, and transaction arranging.
• Established leadership expertise and capability to oversee both customers and internal teams.
• Robust network of investors, financiers, and industry players.
• Committed to operating with SMEs and supporting to Africa’s economic development.
