Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and initiative-driven Human resources Officer with a robust concentration on hiring process and recruitment.
The preferred candidate will be in charge of procurement, attracting, and recruiting high performer to assist our business targets.
This position requires practical experience in full-cycle hiring process, clear expression competencies, and the capability to work alongside cross-functional units to meet hiring requirements productively.

Oversee talent acquisition: procurement, screening, screening, and interviewing.
Prepare and post position ads on suitable channels (position boards, LinkedIn, internal portals, etc.).
Organize with recruiting managers to comprehend manpower planning qualifications and position requirements.
Carry out starting screening and screening of applicants based on role expectations.
Timetable and organize interviews between applicants and participants.
Preserve and modify the candidate tracking system and hiring process databases.
Help in conceptualizing and carrying out hiring process plans to draw in appropriate applicants.
Ensure a positive application journey throughout the recruiting process.

Bachelor's degree / Higher national diploma
1-2 years’ Expertise in Human resources
Deep knowledge of hiring process resources, procurement methods, and position portals.
Robust interpersonal, information exchange, and planning abilities.
Task juggling skill and meet hiring process due dates.
High level of competence, discretion, and honesty and reliability.
