Position Overview
- We are looking for a meticulous and initiative-driven Human resources Officer with a robust concentration on hiring process and recruitment.
- The preferred candidate will be in charge of procurement, attracting, and recruiting high performer to assist our business targets.
- This position requires practical experience in full-cycle hiring process, clear expression competencies, and the capability to work alongside cross-functional units to meet hiring requirements productively.
Primary duties
- Oversee talent acquisition: procurement, screening, screening, and interviewing.
- Prepare and post position ads on suitable channels (position boards, LinkedIn, internal portals, etc.).
- Organize with recruiting managers to comprehend manpower planning qualifications and position requirements.
- Carry out starting screening and screening of applicants based on role expectations.
- Timetable and organize interviews between applicants and participants.
- Preserve and modify the candidate tracking system and hiring process databases.
- Help in conceptualizing and carrying out hiring process plans to draw in appropriate applicants.
- Ensure a positive application journey throughout the recruiting process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree / Higher national diploma
- 1-2 years’ Expertise in Human resources
- Deep knowledge of hiring process resources, procurement methods, and position portals.
- Robust interpersonal, information exchange, and planning abilities.
- Task juggling skill and meet hiring process due dates.
- High level of competence, discretion, and honesty and reliability.
- Applicant required location Ibadan and must possess finished NYSC
