Position Overview

We are seeking an skilled and outcomes-driven Chief operator to head our team, supervise day-to-day activities, and lead business expansion.

Primary duties

• Supervise the entire processes of the supermarket.
• Head and motivate employees to attain effectiveness targets.
• Formulate and execute business plans for growth and profit margin.
• Oversee stock, buying, and supplier connections.
• Guarantee adherence with health, safety, and compliance guidelines.
• Track sales, organize documentation, and oversee financial plans.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Business Management, Management, or associated fields.
• At least 5 years’ executive expertise in in-store, supermarket or similar roles
• Effective guidance, issue resolution, and strategic judgment competencies.
• Clear articulation and interpersonal abilities.
• Competence in MS Workspace.
