• Competence in widely adopted project coordination software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Piling, restrict setting, mechanical and electrical work, finishing, high-rise, mid-rise, and various building level expertise.
• Outstanding information exchange and bargaining ability, with the capability to interact productively with multifaceted participants.
