Job Description
Position Overview
Financial funding Consultative is in charge of conceptualizing and coordinating the Bank financial funding portfolios and client connections, offering capital venture guidance and making sure most effective returns in line with the bank’s targets and governance policies. The position includes analyzing industry trends, recognizing financial opportunities and coordinating customer portfolios. The Chief is in charge of coordinating and growing the financial funding portfolios of high-net-worth customers, institutions, and corporate clients by offering specialist financial funding consultative, project sample arranging, and wealth preservation plans.
Primary duties
- Acquire, recognize, and mobilize deposits for financial funding from current and prospective clients.
- Market the bank’s deposit goods (savings, ongoing, fixed deposits, and financial funding goods) to individuals, SMEs, and corporate entities.
- Formulate and implement plans to attain routine, on a weekly basis, and every month deposit targets.
- Build and preserve solid connections with clients to guarantee commitment and retention.
- Offer outstanding client support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Cross-sell other bank goods and solutions to deposit clients.
- Track rivals’ initiatives and endorse plans to improve the bank’s attractiveness.
- Offer capital venture guidance and ensure most effective returns on bank project sample.
- Ensure full adherence with CBN and organizational guidelines in all deposit mobilization initiatives.
Credentials & Expertise
- Bsc in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Management, or relevant field (MSC or Master of business administration is a plus).
- At least 5–7 years of related experience in financial funding banking, resource control, project sample management, or associated financial solutions.
- Deep knowledge of Nigerian financial markets.
- Established history of successful financial funding and deposit management

- Competence in financial forecasting
