Role summary

To carry out servicing & maintenance standard procedure checks, oversight, and supervising of the generation machines to guarantee smooth and productive process and ensure uninterrupted factory generation

Duties

• Operate the generation machinery according to standard operating standardized process, making sure productive and precise manufacturing workflows.
• Formulate and execute a preventive and corrective servicing & maintenance timetable to guarantee machinery operates optimally and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
• Diagnose and fix minor mechanical concerns on the tools promptly to reduce non-operational time and preserve uninterrupted generation flow.
• Preserve thorough records of servicing & maintenance initiatives, which includes repairs, replacements, and inspections to guarantee precise machine effectiveness tracking, coordinate diagnosing issues, and assist informed strategic judgment for servicing & maintenance organizing and process effectiveness.
• Record and preserve precise records of generation initiatives (material usage and wastage), machine effectiveness, and concerns encountered during processes to documentation these to the supervisors.
