About the Position

We are looking for an skilled and meticulous Chief Fryer Cook to head our frying station and verify that every fried dishes are readied to excellence. This position requires competence in in-depth-frying methods, oil management, and preserving regular quality, while directing and development fryer station employees.

Primary duties

• Supervise the project setup and cooking of all fried menu items to meet quality and portion guidelines.
• Preserve accurate oil temperatures and oversee oil quality through consistent filtering and replacement.
• Educate and oversee fryer station team members.
• Ensure food is cooked evenly, safely, and with minimal waste.
• Keep the fryer station clean, structured, and conforming with hygiene and safety rules.
• Track ingredient and stock levels, status updates shortages for executive review.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to guarantee smooth service during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise as a Fryer Cook, Chief Fryer, or in a similar position.
• Deep knowledge of frying methods and oil management.
• Capability to head a small team and work productively under pressure.
• Effective communication and collaborative ability.
• Expertise in food safety and hygiene guidelines.

Creativeness in conceptualizing new fried dishes or optimizing current ones. Enthusiasm for supplying regular, premium quality food.
