With thriving hubs in Nigeria and Ghana, we're rapidly expanding and we would like you to be a part of our journey.  The Purchase Head will play a pivotal position in expanding our reach and effect by recognizing and orientation new gig workers onto our operational base. You will be in charge of conceptualizing and executing purchase plans to draw in certified riders and drivers, making sure that our solutions are reachable to those who need them most.

Primary duties

• Recognize promise gig workers through targeted analysis, outreach, and relationship building endeavors.
• Formulate and execute purchase plans to draw in new riders and drivers to the Gamma operational base.
• Build and sustain connections with primary stakeholders, which includes gig worker networks, industry associates, and local entities.
• Work alongside promotion and processes teams to implement purchase marketing and programs.
• Track and evaluate purchase indicators to assess the performance of plans and make analytics-based decisions.
• Offer continuous help and direction to newly onboarded gig workers to guarantee smooth unification into the Gamma ecosystem.
• Stay informed about industry trends, rival initiatives, and compliance-related modifications that may effect gig workers in the region.
• Stand for Gamma at events, professional forums, and industry forums to improve corporate identity visibility and attract possibility associates and clients.

Qualifications

• Bsc in any applicable field.
• Deep knowledge of market forces, market growth plans, and site-specific service launches.
• A minimum of 5 years of expertise in business development, market penetration, or long-term alliances, ideally in the gig economy, mobility, or technology sector. 
• Additional credentials in project coordination, property, or transportation organizing are a plus.
• Demonstrated expertise top the initiate of new solutions or processes in different cities or regions.
• Expertise discussing terms and coordinating connections with local government bodies, businesses, fleet owners, and other participants.
• Robust critical thinking to recognize market avenues, evaluate rival plans, and projection requirement for gig mobility solutions in new cities.
