Role summary

The Digital Promotion & Content Head will be in charge of content formation, social platforms management, and innovative direction across all our digital channels. You will lead marketing that grow corporate identity visibility, client relation, and income.

Duties

• Strategize produce, and post premium quality photos, videos, and graphics for Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, and Facebook.
• Oversee and grow social platforms pages, compelling actively with followers and possibility clients.
• Design promotional assets for seasonal marketing, product launches, and events.
• Run and track paid ad marketing on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other channels.
• Work alongside the business development team to align promotion with sales targets.
• Monitor productivity and offer on a weekly basis/every month documentation with practical findings.

Qualifications

• At least certification: OND / Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree in Promotion, Communications, or relevant field (or related experience).
• Demonstrated expertise in social platforms management and content formation.
• Proficient in resources like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Innovative Suite, or similar.
• Basic photography and videography competencies are a plus.
• Clear expression and copywriting abilities.
• Innovative, meticulous, and capable to operate independently.
