Chief of Launch Trade at Lontor Hi-Tech in Lagos

Job Description

Formulate and implement a strategic aspiration for the Launch Trade channel to generate income growth and market distribute.
Supervise the effectiveness of distributors, wholesalers, and retailers inside the launch trade network.
Build and preserve solid connections with key distributors, trade associates, and channel participants.
Design and execute trade promotion programs to boost corporate identity visibility and product uptake.
Observe industry trends, rival initiatives, and client response to guide business decisions.
Head, train, and oversee a top-performing team of Trade Managers, Sales Supervisors, and Site Senior leaders.
Ensure productive product accessibility, shelf presence, and retail implementation across all launch trade outlets.
Work alongside Sales, Promotion, Stock Chain, and Finance teams to align plans and enhance profit margin.
Evaluate sales data and KPIs to monitor productivity and recognize development potentials.
Lead process effectiveness in allocation, reduce stockouts, and reduce wastage or losses.

Bsc in Business Management, Promotion, or a relevant field. Master of business administration is a plus.
At least 8–10 years of progressive expertise in sales and allocation, with a minimum of 5 years in a executive function inside the Launch Trade channel.
Established history of coordinating large distributor networks and delivering revenue goals.
Deep knowledge of the Nigerian in-store landscape, especially in launch markets and traditional trade.
Outstanding executive guidance, information exchange, and bargaining ability.
Analytics-based mentality with expertise in sales status updates and effectiveness evaluation.
Must be based in Lagos or open to relocation.
