Role Overview

The Executive manager, Collaboration Development & Donor Relation is a key executive function in charge of building long-term alliances, compelling donors, and securing financing to assist justice-sector reform. As part of the executive team team, the position aligns external connections with the company's purpose in entry to justice and human rights. The preferred candidate will possess robust expertise in justice programming, capital raising, and regulatory framework support, while also assisting programme design, employees training, and internal operational structures for responsibility and effect.

Primary duties

• Develop and oversee connections with donors, embassies, UN agencies, foundations, and INGOs.
• Head capital raising endeavors, which includes proposal drafting, idea notes, and donor status updates.
• Stand for the Foundation at national and international forums.
• Strategic Executive guidance
• Shape business strategy on entry to justice and systemic reform.
• Verify that every strategic collaborations match with our purpose and support key focuses.
• Proposed guideline summaries, support papers, and external communications to shape reform.

Programmatic Assist:

• Work alongside programme teams to design and execute justice-sector programs.
• Guarantee adherence with donor qualifications and alignment with group needs.
• Assist M&E, and learning for entry-to-justice programs.

Internal Skills development:

Train employees on donor relation, proposal development, and collaboration management. Strengthen operational structures for responsibility and donor adherence.
