Chief of Growth at CredPal Limited in Lagos

We are looking for an creative and outcomes-driven Chief of Growth to head CredPal’s aggressive income growth across all in-store and business verticals. Your purpose is singular; everything you do must directly add to the bottom line. In this position, you will design, implement, and enhance combined growth plans that change into real, measurable income. You will lead customer conversion, activation, retention, and monetization at scale, with a relentless concentration on high-effect actions that strengthen CredPal’s dominance in buyer credit, FX, and cross-border payments.

Key KPIs

• Income increase: Every month & every quarter income targets accomplished/exceeded.
• Customer conversion: Number of new in-store and business clients onboarded.
• Activation Rate: % of clients executing their first transaction within 7 days.
• Credit Disbursement: Every month disbursement volume for buyer and business credit.
• FX Volume: USD wallet, card, and FX transaction volume growth.
• Retention Rate: % of active clients month-on-month.
• CAC vs LTV: Positive and optimizing ROI on purchase spend.
• GMV Growth: Total transaction value processed through all platforms.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Promotion, Business Management, or a relevant field. A MSC will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated achievement in pushing income increase in a financial technology, payments, lending, or high-growth technology organisation.
• Solid experience in sales-guided growth, effectiveness promotion, and client lifecycle optimization.
• Strong insight of credit goods, FX, and cross-border payments.
• Solid understanding of digital promotion plans, which includes SEO, SEM, email promotion, and paid community-related marketing.
• Expertise with data evaluation resources like Google Data analysis, Mixpanel, or Tableau, and understanding with A/B running test frameworks.
• Exceptional analytics-based strategic judgment and critical thinking.
• Outstanding project coordination competencies with the capability to oversee various key focuses at the same time.
• Exceptional information exchange and people skills for partnership cross-departmentally and external associates.
