Job Description

We are looking for a vigilant and reliable Patrol Officer to ensure protection of premises, employees, real estate, and visitors.
The position includes carrying out standard procedure patrols, supervising guard operational structures, responding to incidents, and enforcing organisation guard standardized processes.
Applicants must be capable to ride a motorbike confidently, as patrol obligations will require mobility within and around appointed zones.

Carry out consistent patrols (on foot, by vehicle, or by motorbike) to deter suspicious initiatives.
Examine entry points (doors, gates, fences, and windows) to guarantee they are secure.
Take action promptly to alarms, disturbances, and crises.
Preserve precise routine patrol data records, system issue documentation, and activity records.
Ensure adherence to organisation guard rules and on-site-specific rules.
Regulate entry to premises by checking IDs and screening visitors.
Help law enforcement or crisis solutions as required.
Protect organisation assets, tools, and uniforms while active.

At least SSCE / O’Level Certification (higher credentials are a plus).
2–3 years’ demonstrated expertise in guard, patrol, or law enforcement.
Must be capable to ride a motorbike confidently (valid rider’s authorization needed).
Capability to remain calm under pressure and take action productively to crises.
Basic expertise in guard operational structures (Closed-circuit television, radios, alarms) is a plus.
Must be truthful, dependable, and of good character (due diligence necessary).
