Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and inspired Property surveyor to join our team in Oniru Estate, Victoria Island Extension.
The preferred candidate will be in charge of cost assessments, real estate management, agency, inspections, customer relations, and professional guidance, while making sure adherence with specialist guidelines and organisation targets.

Carry out real estate appraisal and organize precise appraisal documentation in line with industry guidelines.
Oversee residential and business-related properties inside the project sample, making sure tenant fulfillment and profit margin.
Market and lease properties, which includes managing inspections, talks, and closing agreements.
Preserve robust customer connections by offering expert opinion on property investments and industry trends.
Guarantee adherence with compliance obligations and specialist codes of practice.
Organize and send prompt management, agency, and appraisal documentation.
Assist the Chief Work collaboratively/Coordinating Surveyor in daily processes.

Bachelor's degree / Higher national diploma in Estate Management from a identified institution.
Membership of NIESV and registration with ESVARBON (or in improved stages of registration) is highly preferred.
2–4 years’ proven post-service experience expertise in estate surveying and appraisal.
Solid understanding of Lagos real estate market, especially Victoria Island and Lekki axis.
Clear articulation, bargain, and customer leadership abilities.
Competence in Ms office tools and real estate management software.
Capability to operate independently and deliver on time.
