About the Position

• We’re looking for an exceptional and visionary Chief of Facilities to head our nationwide facilities operation. This strategic executive function will supervise all operations and facilities across various regions, leading Regional Facilities Managers and their teams to supply world-class, safe, conforming, and corporate identity-in sync work environments. 
• The preferred candidate will excel at conceptualizing both short-term business strategies and long-term structure plans, with a verified ability to align facilities development with business expansion.
• This person will merge effective guidance with specialized skill, financial plan strategic insight, and the capability to set and ensure adherence to guidelines across the country. 
• All successful applicants must show a track document in multi-on-site facilities executive guidance, strategic organizing, and business improvement — in addition to holding a valid Health, safety, and environment accreditation.

Position Overview

• The Chief of Facilities will be in charge of the strategic monitoring, organizing, and implementation of all operations and facilities across Moniepoint MFB’s nationwide footprint.
• This position will oversee and train a team of Regional Facilities Managers, making sure uniformity in business guidelines, regulatory adherence, vendor management, and cost effectiveness.
• Alongside daily monitoring, the Chief of Facilities will head the development of ability to scale structure plans, assess and minimize business risks, and make sure that all Moniepoint facilities reflect our corporate identity guidelines and business qualifications.
• This position will require close partnership with senior management, operational heads, and external associates to guarantee that our facilities assist the continuously adapting needs of the business.

Vendor and Vendor Compliance:

• Establish and oversee strategic vendor strategic collaborations for building, servicing & maintenance, and facility solutions.
• Ensure vendor adherence with SLAs and effectiveness guidelines across all regions.
• Supervise national procurement methods for facilities-associated solutions and assets.

Key Effectiveness Indicators

Expertise:

• At least 10 years’ expertise in multi-on-site facilities management, structure plan, and project executive guidance.
• Demonstrated expertise top large teams and coordinating facilities in a high-growth, multi-site company.
• Robust track document of strategic organizing and implementation of nationwide structure programs.

Competencies:

• Exceptional executive guidance and team lead competencies.
• Strategic thinking with a robust business implementation capability.
• Competence in architectural design and visualization resources (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Improved project coordination and corporate capabilities.
• Robust finance Management and financial planning competencies.
• Clear communication, bargain, and participant relation competencies.

Qualifications:

• Valid Health, safety, and environment accreditation (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001) is compulsory.
• Project coordination qualifications which includes PMP or PRINCE2 are a robust advantage.
• Membership in a specialist body (e.g., IFMA, ARCON) will be an added advantage.
