Fleet Officer at Gamma Mobility Limited (10 Openings) in Nigeria

With thriving hubs in Nigeria and Ghana, we're rapidly expanding and we would like you to be a part of our journey.  The Fleet Officer who will be in charge of standard procedure servicing & maintenance, prompt refurbishment & setup of all Gamma Mobility Assets

Fleet Refurbishment:

• In charge of the management of all terminated assets                    
• Evaluate all vehicles and decide the refurbishment qualifications             
• Evaluate the cost for refurbishment for action by the Mobility manager            
• Guarantee promptness renewal of all terminated assets to meet SOP qualifications.

Fleet Setup:

• In charge of the prompt set up of New Vehicles.                    
• In charge of all methods from the starting dispatch of vehicles until the vehicle is onboarded.
• Coordinate with necessary 3rd party service providers to manage welding, brand identity and other necessary methods to guarantee vehicles are set up inside the specified period.    
• Coordinate with the Recordkeeping team to guarantee that Vehicle plate numbers, coverage and other recordkeeping are fulfilled accordingly to guarantee prompt orientation without any glitches.
• In charge of checking in on the setup process until the vehicle is onboarded.

Managerial Operation:

• Produce and fill out position cards for any vehicle that is brought for preventive servicing & maintenance to any site
• Produce and oversee records of all terminated assets passed on for refurbishment
• Record all refurbished vehicles and make sure that adequate data is offered for pricing and orientation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree. / Higher national diploma in Transport Management, Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ expertise in a similar role
• Possession of Robust planning abilities
• Must possess handled a fleet of vehicles
• Possession of technical qualifications will be a plus.
