Merchandizer - FMCG Goods at Pally Agro Group in Lagos

Overview

We are looking for a driven and meticulous Merchandizer to join our team, making sure our goods are optimally displayed, well-stocked, and attractively delivered to lead sales and client fulfillment.

Primary duties

• Ensure proper display, structured, and replenishment of goods at allocated outlets.
• Track inventory levels and organize with sales teams to prevent inventory-outs or overstocking.
• Execute merchandising guidelines and advertising displays as ordered by the organization.
• Build and preserve solid connections with store managers and in-store employees.
• Track product movement and documentation industry trends, rival initiatives, and client response.
• Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) product rotation to preserve product freshness.
• Preserve cleanliness and orderliness of display zones.

Qualifications

• At least SSCE/OND; a higher certification is a plus.
• Previous expertise as a merchandizer in an FMCG organisation is highly preferred.
• Robust planning abilities and meticulousness.
• Good interpersonal and verbal abilities.
• Capability to operate independently and oversee various outlets.
• Physically suit and open to travel within allocated routes.
