Position Overview

To guarantee that pharmaceutical and in-store goods are well-displayed, adequately stocked, and visually appealing to optimize client buy and improve corporate identity visibility while adhering with workplace safety and wellness rules.

‎Inventory Management:

‎Track stock levels and inform manager of low inventory or overstocked items. ‎Help in receiving, unpacking, and storing new inventory supplies.

‎Sales Assist:

‎Offer product information to clients as required. ‎Assist advertising and promotion initiatives which includes product sampling, discounts, and retail campaigns.

‎Adherence & Hygiene:

‎Follow pharmaceutical managing and safety rules. ‎Preserve hygiene and cleanliness of display zones.

‎Status updates:

‎Send routine/on a weekly basis documentation on inventory levels, sales practices, and client response. ‎Documentation any impaired or expired goods promptly.

‎Expertise:

‎1–2 years of expertise in in-store or pharmaceutical merchandising preferred. ‎Expertise in pharmaceutical product managing is a robust advantage.

‎Competencies & Skills:

• ‎Robust meticulousness and planning abilities.
• ‎Basic expertise in stock operational structures or point-of-sale (POS) resources.
• ‎Good interpersonal and verbal abilities.
• ‎Capability to operate independently and in a collaborative environment.
