Job Description

We are looking for a very driven and outcomes-driven Territory Development Executive from the FMCG to join our team.
In this position, you will be in charge of expanding our market presence, conceptualizing new commercial opportunities, and fostering connections with customers and channel associates within your allocated territory.
You will play a main responsibility in pushing income increase and corporate identity visibility through efficient territory management and client relation.

Recognize, formulate, and oversee new commercial opportunities in the allocated territory.
Establish and preserve solid connections with customers, distributors, and other primary stakeholders.
Implement sales plans to attain growth targets and enhance market distribute.
Carry out market evaluation to recognize practices, rival initiatives, and client needs.
Organize and supply captivating sales demonstrations and product exhibitions.
Routinely visit clients and possibility directs to advance goods/solutions and close agreements.
Work alongside the promotion and cross-functional teams to align plans and marketing.
Preserve precise records of client engagements, sales initiatives, and territory effectiveness.
Offer input from the site to assist enhance goods, solutions, and client fulfillment.
Engage in trade shows, advertising events, and relationship building avenues.

Bsc in Business, Promotion, or a relevant field.
3 - 5 years of expertise in sales, business development, or territory management (preferred FMCG).
Clear expression, bargain, and people skills.
Verified ability to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Self-starter with robust corporate and time-leadership abilities.
Readiness to commute extensively inside the allocated territory.
Competence in MS Workspace and CRM resources.
