Position Overview

The Wrapping Officer is in charge of making sure all refurbished terminals that pass QA (Quality assurance) are properly bundled, labelled, and logged before being sent to stock for allocation. The position is central to preserving product standard and visual communication guidelines, while also making sure wrapping process adherence.

Stock Synchronization:

Preserve an precise document of bundled and unpackaged terminals. Documentation discrepancies or impaired items at once.

Workflow optimization:

Work alongside fix and Quality assurance teams to recognize concerns in methods. Suggest enhancements to wrapping process or material usage.

Performance indicators

• Routine/on a weekly basis wrapping result
• Return rate of bundled terminals
• Adherence with wrapping checklist
• Stock precision
