Duties
- Business promotion & sales of bank’s goods
- Account opening and customer conversion
- Persuading customers to save
- Coordinating current and prospective deposit customers
- Conceptualizing an executing a business development strategies for recognized target markets
- Mobilization and retention of deposit
- Operate in adherence with legal provisions and rules leading Microfinance institution.
Qualifications
- At least OND from any reputable institution.
- Proven operating expertise as a Deposit Mobilization Officer in a Microfinance Institution is a plus.
- 20-30 years of age is recommended.
- Effective communication & connection mgt competencies.
- Robust promotion and bargaining ability.
