Chief, Administrator at Eta Zuma Mining and Industries Limited in Abuja (FCT)

Primary duties

• Shall carry out a need evaluation and formulate TOR of the Administrator Department.
• Monitoring Daily Processes in the Administrator department by offering strategic executive guidance for the company.
• Strategy and organize managerial standardized processes while putting operational structures in order to formulate ways to streamline methods.
• Shall formulate and modify unit-specific rules where needed.
• Shall oversee the synchronization of the full scope of Units in the Managerial department.
• Track expenses and expenditures to help in financial planning.
• Shall be in charge of development of Managerial Employees.
• Shall build and preserve healthy business connections with participants while making sure that EZM and CCs is conforming possessing applicable compliance-related bodies.
• Getting ready and analyzing the department’s documentation.

Credentials

Bsc or Higher national diploma in Public Management, Business Management, Workspace Management, or a relevant field. A MSC or a member of a professional body onsite management or management will be an added advantage. At least 8-10 years of progressive expertise in managerial positions, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a executive guidance or executive capacity monitoring managerial processes. Expertise in a dynamic corporate environment is desirable.
