HMO Officer at Skipper Eye-Q Hospitals Nigeria Limited in Abuja

Duties

• Preserving precise, finalize health care records and documentation.
• To fulfill the role of customer relationship officer with HMOs/NHIS
• To acquire all necessary HMO codes as at when due
• Ensure finalization of all recordkeeping for HMOs and the on-time delivery of invoices
• Clarify perks, qualification status, registration processing standardized processes and status of approvals and client recommendations to enrollees and Vendors.
• Recording patient vital signs and medical information.
• To managepatient information, medical records, medical doctor exams, test outcomes, treatments and solutions offered.
• To document information and keep file folders and electronic databases current
• To arrange and preserve health information both in paper files and electronically stored operational structures.
• Other clerical obligations as allocated by the manager

Qualifications

At least a Academic qualification in Health data management with a minimum of 2 years of operating expertise. Practical understanding of QuickBooks and Enterprise platform planning is a plus.
