Primary duties

• Executive guidance and Management: Offer strategic executive guidance and management to the vocational school center, making sure efficient management and processes.
• Syllabus Development: Supervise the development and execution of vocational capacity-building plans, making sure alignment with industry needs and guidelines.
• Employees Management: Oversee and assess instructors, offering direction and assist to guarantee premium quality guidance.
• Student Assist: Promote a helpful learning environment, making sure students accept direction and assets to attain their vocational targets.
• Industry Strategic collaborations: Formulate and sustain relationships with local industries, employers, and participants to guarantee significance and performance of capacity-building plans.
• QA: Track and assess programme quality, executing enhancements to preserve high guidelines and certification qualifications.
• Financial plan Management: Supervise financial plan organizing and management, making sure efficient distribution of assets to assist vocational capacity-building plans.
• Promotion and Advancement: Advance the vocational school center and its programs to draw in students, employers, and group associates.

Qualifications

Applicants should have applicable credentials with a minimum of 5 years of expertise.
