Position Overview

• The Employee Solutions Officer will be in charge of coordinating daily workplace engagement, supplying premium quality employee aid offerings, and making sure a positive office expertise.
• This position will also oversee the organization’s formal social platforms channels, produce compelling content, and lead digital relation in alignment with Tamrose’s corporate identity and culture targets.
• The preferred candidate will possess a combination of Human resources business expertise and robust digital verbal abilities.

Partnership & Status updates:

Collaborate with Human resources, Management, and Brand communications teams to guarantee alignment of employee solutions and information exchange endeavors. Organize periodic documentation on employee service practices, response, and social platforms relation for management evaluate.

Credentials & Qualifications

• Bsc in HR, Industrial Relations, Communications, or relevant field.
• 4–6 years of expertise in employee solutions, workplace engagement, or Human resources processes.
• A member of a professional body in Human resources (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, CIPD) or Communications is highly preferred.
• Prior expertise in petroleum sector, large process or production operations, aviation, or maritime industries.
• Deep knowledge of Human resources methods and employee relation plans.
• Verified ability to oversee corporate social platforms accounts and produce compelling digital content.
• Clear articulation, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
• Competence in Ms office tools; understanding with HRIS resources and social platforms data analysis.
