Sales officer / Financial funding Consultant at JSK Realty Limited in Abuja (FCT)

Position Explanation

We are looking for a agile and outcomes-driven Sales officer to join our team in Abuja. The preferred candidate will leverage their competence in property sales, digital promotion, and customer connection management to lead real estate sales and support to JSK Realty’s growth in the attractive Abuja market.

Primary duties

• Carry out market analysis to recognize promise sales avenues and evaluate customer needs.
• Proactively pursue new sales directs through cold calling/e-mailing, relationship building, and social platforms
• Formulate plans to participate possibility customers, arrange appointments, carry out on-site inspections, and show the organization’s financial opportunities while dealing with customer matters.
• Close agreements and mentor customers through the sales process.
• Preserve precise records and send routine activity documentation.
• Build solid connections with customers and check in after sales.
• Show and collect sales agreements and all associated documents from customers, making sure proper recordkeeping and resumed customer connection management.

Credentials and Competencies

• Bsc / Higher national diploma in any discipline
• 1 - 3 years of expertise in sales
• Past expertise in closing sales Property
• Knowledgeable about the housing market
• Clear expression and interpersonal abilities
• Exceptional team player
• Have and show positive mindset
• Competence in creating directs and completing agreements
• Resides in Abuja.
