Role summary

We are looking for a meticulous and initiative-driven Accounting officer to join our agile team. The preferred candidate will oversee financial financial record, organize documentation, and ensure precise document-keeping to assist the company’s financial processes.

Primary duties

• Oversee and document routine financial financial record, which includes outstanding bills and receivable.
• Preserve precise finance records and guarantee promptness status updates.
• Organize and resolve financial statements, bills, and balance sheet and income statement.
• Track financial plans and expenditures, making sure adherence with financial rules.
• Help with end of month and end of year financial closures.
• Process wage processing and ensure tax adherence.
• Coordinate with internal departments to assist financial planning and budgeting initiatives.
• Assist external audits by offering necessary recordkeeping and documentation.

Credentials

• Bsc in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
• 2 - 5 years of related experience in accounting or finance positions.
• Competence in financial system (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Excel.
• Robust logical and analytical abilities.
• Outstanding meticulousness and planning abilities.
• Capability to operate independently and in a collaborative environment.
• Clear expression competencies and a high level of honesty and reliability.
