Obligations and Duties
- Audit officer serve as self-sufficient assessor, offering goal guarantee and professional guidance to improve the performance of compliance, risk mitigation strategy, and internal regulate methods.
- Play a vital position in supporting transparency, responsibility, and honesty and reliability throughout the company, supporting to the accomplishment of strategic targets and maintainable business expansion.
- Guarantee promptness processing of Inventory Status documentation in ORION to produce operating sheet for store audits
- Execute a high standard of internal client concentration inside the team
- Coordinate with other departments in order to establish and preserve efficient and applicable import initiatives and assist in engagement to the company's sales, buying, materials management, generation and entire operating processes
- Routinely examines Performance threshold Agreements ( SLAs) for the outputs of the Team
- Ensure the requests are serviced as per accepted SLAs and service issues/queries are settled without delay
- Evaluate internal Client response and organize action strategy for advancement
- Oversee all information exchange with clients and vendors.
- Ensure precise inventory allocation across all stores as per strategy to avoid inventory out circumstance
- Co-ordinate the processing of PI Vs Bill Vs GRN to preserve response within SLA
- Guarantee alignment to the laid down methods wrt Merchandising guidelines within each Store
- Ensure proper allocation of all ‘Import Goods’ by way of 1st push and subsequent ‘Pushes’ to all Shops and inter-shops
- To co-ordinate with Shop floor employees on proper import inventory merchandising as per guidelines
- Offer prompt response to Manager -MIS on inventory out conditions to enable Manager to act
- To promptly documentation back any client response received by themselves or any floor teams (Positive or Negative)
- Make sure that the number of assigned documentation /audit duty are finished as per Organized cycle by Officer-MIS
- Educate and sensitizes the shop floor employees on import associated goods
- Evaluate and offer consistent response on shop floor employee output against requirements
Qualifications
- A Bachelor Academic qualification in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field
- Applicable qualifications which includes Accredited Audit officer (CIA) or Accredited Fraud Examiner (CFE)
- Several years of expertise in accounting, finance, risk evaluation, internal regulate or auditing
- Robust logical, critical thinking, and analytical abilities
- Clear articulation, interpersonal, and documentation skilled in writing
- Should be capable to preserve good people skills connection with co-employees and others
- Must be reliable, alert to description and a good team player
- Capable to juggle duties, prioritize and organize schedule productively
- Good comprehension of industry guidelines, record transmittal qualifications.
- Capability to coordinate well with experts/compliance-related authorities
- Show capability to manage private and sensitive information
- High level of honesty and reliability is essential possess.
